Return Policy for Non-NFA Items:

This policy applies specifically to non-NFA purchases made through the Rugged eStore. Please note the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Requests for refunds must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the ship date.

Product Condition: Returned items must be in unused, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and accompanying materials intact.

Missing/Damaged Items: If something in your order is missing or if items have been damaged during shipping, please let us know at service@ruggedsuppressors.com within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping expenses associated with returns.

Restocking Fee: All authorized returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Contact Information: Before returning products, customers must complete the official Merchandise Return Form. This form must be received before initiating any return process.

Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Rugged Suppressors before returning any products for a refund. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. You will receive the RMA number via email from a Customer Service Representative after submitting the Merchandise Return Form.

Cancellations: Contact Customer Service at 864-810-0513. Every effort will be made to cancel your order, however, most eStore shipments are packaged and shipped within hours. If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.

Shipping and handling charges are applicable to all orders and will be itemized during the checkout process. Exceptions to this policy include PARAGON members, who enjoy complimentary shipping.

In-stock orders are shipped within one business day. Shipping carriers may include UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, depending on package weight and contents.
