These highly sought-after awards, presented in partnership with the Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA), were revealed during an exclusive appreciation dinner.
The Caliber Awards, held annually, honor manufacturers whose latest products meet objective standards evaluated by a panel of NASGW members and chosen POMA representatives. This year’s competition featured an unprecedented 190 submissions from manufacturers spanning the fields of firearms, ammunition, optics, accessories, and silencers. 2023 is the first year the awards included the Best New Silencer award category. To qualify, products were assessed on various essential criteria, such as their uniqueness, market relevance, product value, innovation, and overall presentation.
