Position Purpose:
The role of the Marketing Specialist is to illustrate Rugged Suppressors’ brand identity through our digital presence. This includes posting all digital content and ensuring that customers are engaged and have a positive experience.
The Marketing Specialist supports all marketing projects across the organization. The candidate will assist with messaging, content and creative support that promotes Rugged products in campaigns, websites, social media and other channels as identified. He/she will also provide daily support though the coordination of special events. Able to assist marketing director in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, event planning, media deadlines, and website maintenance.
The candidate must possess an eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities as opportunities are identified.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years working professionally with social media
- Able to travel 30% including some weekends (international travel is a possibility)
- Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working within WordPress (i.e. maintaining and adding new content)
